We ended up ordering from McDonald's due to issues with the pancake maker and funny-tasting sausage. the front desk staff was friendly, but the breakfast bar attendant was borderline rude. The hotel was modern and well-designed with a great pool that my kiddo loved. the quick check-in process and delicious breakfast items, especially the biscuits and gravy, stood out to us. The hotel's proximity to attractions like Wind Cave National Park and Devils Tower National Park made it a convenient base for exploring nature. the open common room with a view of the rocky hillside added to the experience. Overall, Holiday Inn Express & Suites Rapid City provided a comfortable stay with friendly staff and convenient amenities. My partner and I enjoyed our time there, making it a nice place for a short city break.
